Batwings :(

Any Youtube videos to conquer those dreaded batwings/upper arm fat? I'm looking for a 5-10 minute video I can do at home either using my own body weight or dumbbells. Thank you!

    You cannot spot reduce fat but you can strengthen the muscle in your arms and shoulders, which will help the appearance of those areas.

    My suggestions are: push ups (if you can't do full push ups, work up to them), pull ups (again, you can do a variation to work toward them), dumbbell rows (can be done with gallons of milk or other heavy objects if you don't have them), and dips.
