Camping Suggestions?

I am taking my four daughters on a 5-7 day camping trip in a couple of weeks. Any easy and healthy food ideas? This is what I have so far (soups cooked and frozen ahead of time) -
Pizza Soup
Steak and Peppers
Sweet Potato Chili
Hobo Suppers
Bacon Chicken Chowder
and of course Hot Dogs
I'll have plenty of eggs for breakfasts, but not many ideas for lunches. We will be driving to the campsite, hauling in water, and I have a campstove in addition to the fire. If you have any suggestions for one pot, few steps, low mess ideas, I'd love to hear 'em!

My mom always brings up a ton of fresh fruit and cuts that up at the site. Also something that would be a good indulgent treat that's easy to transport would be homemade caramel corn! Really easy to make a caramel drizzle from scratch, air pop plain popcorn, and you can add roasted salt-free peanuts and other add ins as well to make it a slightly healthier treat.0

Fruits are an easy one ... I am often out of a pack during the days so lunches are often Tuna, home made Jerky, Cheese sticks , decent deli cuts for around camps... but the last few I have had with my kids I have made several wraps for lunches and dinners ... I pre-cook chicken for wraps about 4 different ways and then make a bunch of lettuce cups before hand and put them in containers... The fillings get vacuum sealed , easy to heat in pot with boiling water and then serve up in lettuce ... My kids go crazy for them so much so My son wanted to learn and started making my different wraps at My ex's so he can eat healthier ... I have not taken bread on a camping trip in over a year.0

the last time i went camping, we brought pre-cooked wraps filled with eggs, sausage/bacon, onions, and bell peppers for breakfasts, and wraps with hummus, cheese, and sliced deli meats for lunch. it made a great grab-and-go option and worked well for informal meals when everyone was doing different things.0
