Any good suggestions on preferences for handweights? I need some 3lb weights for my workouts. I have some 5lb metal weights but those are too heavy for the reps I am doing.

I love the ones I bought at WalMart. I don't believe they are a name brand, just the one's Wally World carries. They have a nice covering on them and are color coded by size. Nothing special, but I have gotten awesome use from mine.0

Check out www.power-systems.com and search for weights. I use that light of a weight in my aerobics classes and like the neoprene covered ones best. But when I do other, heavier weight, workouts, I prefer the metal ones with the rubberized ends.0
