I was never overweight till 2012- right - till marriage and the immediately followed pregnancy. I got scared when my baby was in the risk of premature delivery so I ate and ate to increase my baby's weight so that he can manage even if he is premature. But he was inside me for 42 weeks!! and was a full term baby!
Bad part is that i gained 25 kgs!!! I thought the weight would be gone if go back to my original diet, but i managed to loose very little in 6 months post-pregnancy.Then with a dietitian's help , i have managed to lose 5 kgs in 1.5 months and i am going steadily.
My issue is that being a full time working person plus a new mom and travelling 3 hrs for work daily doesn't give me time for working out! Please motivate me with your tips and stories so that i can go back to my pre-pregancy weight or even less!! and Stay fit!!
As Diet just helps in losing weight, but toning the flabby belly and thighs can be done by working-out only!!
