I'm new to this site and I just want to connect with others who are on the same path as me. I have 10 pounds left to lose and they're hard! I got sick and I feel like I gained more which sucks a ton. But I'm back on track and training a lot for a 5k. I just really want to lose the last 10! LAST PUSH!!! I feel like I struggle ALOT with binge eating. when Im by myself, at friends, whatever it is. Obviously im not hungry... I just binge... then feel terrible and try to make up for it next day, but I want BALANCE!!! Any tips?
