Any low-cal stuffed artichoke recipes?

Hey all I am trying to find a good low cal recipe for stuffed artichokes and seem to keep getting ones that have a +750 cals. Does anyone know of anything I could try, me and my bf like to try out a new food each week and I would love to try this.

    try not stuffing it. I love to steam them whole and dip the leaves and then the heart in aoli which I make with a little low fat mayo ( I actually use vegan mayo) lemon juice, garlic and capers. Very yum!! I'm actually having one tonight!
