So I've ben on MFP for a while now, but I just got home from college for winter break. For some reason all of my good eating habits are out the window and I seem to think eating a slice of pie is a good idea, which it isn't. My mom isn't helping much either because she doesn't seem to push me like she used to and I haven't exactly figured out how to exercise mt own will power. I really need some advice so I don't gain back all the weight I've already lost.

We'll its not a lack of knowledge, and its not impossible because you were doing what you should before.
So what is different with you? Stressed? Depressed?
Just take it one day at time, make a schedule for exercise for atleast 3x a week and give thought to what you will eat each day the night before.
If we get help from others thats great but if not, its still our own responsibility. Unless your mom is tying you down in a chair to prevent you from working out and force feeding you, I'd say she is not part of the problem.

Maybe strategize with yourself (and your mom, too). Picture how you'll do it while you're home, and maybe brainstorm with your mom. I think it's a good thing that she's treating you like an adult and not nagging you, and maybe this is the perfect time to ask for the kind of encouragement you need - not wheedling, but something that motivates you. Like "Hon, dinner will be ready in an hour, if you wanted to hit the treadmill first," or whatever works. I say "Yay!" for Mom not getting all up in your business.0

You have done it while away from home and you had no one to push you. YOu DO have the will power to do anything you WANT..
There is no problem at all with eating a piece of pie, as long as you make sure that you have taken care of it in terms of exercise..
My advice to you, is to keep that commitment and focus by waking up early and do your workout. Go for a nice walk, take the stairs few times up and down, something.. as long as you are active.. Invite the whole family for a nice hike/walk and then you can all enjoy the pie afterwards:)
Best of luck,
