I am a very picky eater and that sounds good! Thanks for the advice

Suggestion.....supplement some fruits & veggies. What I mean is lots of frozen dinners have too few veggies. Adding to your meals can help you stay full longer. Buy the bags of frozen veggies. For the steam ones, you can cook once and portion out for additional meals. The Zip-n-Steam bags the Scraver2003 mentioned are excellent. Fresh green beans in 4:30 - you use the bags over & over.

Breakfast can be a simple "homemade" meal. I like Greek yogurt with high fiber cereal and nuts added. This gives me protein, fiber & fat.

Not much luck. Most frozen meals are downright disgusting, full of preservatives, and other unhealthy additives. I do, however, like some of the frozen foods they sell at Trader Joe's like teriyake chicken, enchiladas, etc. that are leaps and bounds better than say "healthy choice." Add some frozen vegetables and pre-cooked brown rice and you have a no-cook meal.

This sounds more like a cleanse rather than a diet. I used to eat a diet of Patio burritos covered in stolen Taco Bell sauce packets. That's livin'

Uncle Ben's express rice - 2.75 servings approx of rice in a package. Only takes 90 seconds in the microwave. Cheap. Low salt if you buy the unflavoured kinds.

    130 calories per serving.

Add some frozen veggies and a can of tuna or can of chicken or eggs (sounds weird but I think its yummy) or cheese
Could even add spices or sauce, but you can also just keep it simple

SteamFresh Bird's Eye has some nice frozen rice blends. While rice is heating, cook chicken (or shrimp) in a non-stick pan. Add onion or grated ginger if you want. Mix in rice and add some soy sauce........yummy fried rice.
