Motivation

Hello!! I am brand new here!!
I ahve a very impotant question: how in the world do I find motivation to workout?? And off course to keep going to the gymm! I ahve the membership for the YMCA, they have good classes, a indoor swimming pool and all the stuff we need to workout but I cant find the motivation.... arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Any secret formula pls???
I want and need to loose 40 pounds! I need to workout!

    I started going there because I hated the way I looked. Now I go because I am liking the way I look and I want more.

    You just keep going until it becomes part of your routine, lol. Until that happens... look into finding workout partners (with similar goals and dedication), take classes, read up on exercises and plans, and chat with friends and MFP members about your progress.

    Yep. Commit to going even when you really don't feel like going. Just do it. You will eventually make it a habit (I think it takes 3 weeks to cement a habit) and you will see the pounds drop!
