Starting Fresh

I was doing so well, but the food of summer hit me like a hurricane. I'm so disappointed, but nevertheless I'm starting again! I didn't gain much weight back, just a pound or 2. But it's still terrible that I've weighed the same for the past 2 1/2 months. That is a potential 20lbs I could have lost! But, let's not focus on what could have been. Keeping my head forward.

Today is my starting day. I weighed in at 181.5. That's about 4lbs up from my lowest weight I've hit this time around.

I want to be 178 by next tuesday.
Meals are 300, 300, 100 snack, 500, 100 snack. 1300 calories. No over or under.

Working out 3 days a week at least an hour. Giving it all I've got.
I want to be 15lbs lighter by Halloween. This will put me at 166lbs give or take. By Thanksgiving I want to see 150's.
6 weeks until Halloween, I can do this.

    I started at 182 just 35 days ago, and have lost 10.2lbs. There is no reason you can't hit your Halloween goal.
