Plan a mini-vacation or GNO or date night or a month from now... I find that having a future event I want to look my best for helps motivate me!

Thank you....i'm just finding it really hard now...i know its no excuse but im the main carer for my mum who suffers with Alzheimer's and i find myself sat munching, sat talking to mum, basically sat!...i don't have any time to go swimming or much of anything else really, when im not with mum im playing catch up with my little girl...i guess im just deflated and losing heart, I've put on over a stone, 1st 4lbs! ahhhh (although, lost 7lb in the last 3 weeks)...sorry for the rant, im just annoyed with myself xx0

You can do this. Maybe get one of those peddlers or other item you can use to exercise while sitting with your mother? . Something like this:

Say what you will about the gimmicky equipment, they keep things fresh even if it's for the two days you use them lol0
