Routine question

I am planning on incorporating Stronglifts in to my current workout schedule. Right now I have 3 Cardio days and 3 days that I usually do a Jillian Michaels DVD. My question is should I do the Stronglifts along with the dvd? Scrap the dvd all together? Thanks!

    I am inclined to believe that you can whatever you feel like. Try it. If it's too much, think about cutting back. Simple.
