Same story, different person...

Yeah, had to dump my gym membership due to financial reasons. Been eating like garbage. Body is actually starting to feel like I'm almost forty. Feeling... discouraged to say the least. Or, maybe I'm just being whiny...

Nothing to gain by giving in and eating like crap and complaining! A little tough love here. Get over it and find another way to work out.:glasses:

Or maybe your body is feeling like you're eating garbage and not exercising? I'm turning 40 in a little more than a week and don't feel any more run down than when I was 30.

Cheer up - these are things you can fix. You don't even need the gym membership. You do need to eat better, though :flowerforyou:

The struggle is real! I'm sure it's tough when your routine gets disrupted, that is usually when I fall off the wagon too. Just try not to let it get any worse eating-wise while you get the exercise sorted. Would be a shame to lose the progress you've made.

how do you know what 40 feels like if you aren't 40 yet!? :P

maybe try your local YMCA ... they can't turn you down if you can't pay!! i asked for help n they gave me a family membership for only 28$ a month... even if you can't afford any ... they still won't turn you away. it even says it on their website.

go walking, running, hiking ... all of those are free.
