Addicted to Rebounding?

Love my rebounder. I've seen claims that rebounders burn more calories per hour than jogging and of course are lower impact. I like them because they're compact and convenient. Any other rebounders out there?

Me! I have 2 rebounders which I use regularly - at least every other day (or more often) for 20-30 minutes. I have a Jumpsport in my bedroom and use it when I watch TV, and my recent purchase is the 49" Bellicon, which is in my workout room for "serious" jumping. Both rebounders have bungee cords and are super quiet.
I love rebounding! I get a great cardio workout with no impact to my joints. I've also noticed that after rebounding, my skin looks dewey and wonderful for the remainder of the day.0 -

I am absolutely in love with my rebounder, too. It is so much fun!! I just got a Bellicon 44" delivered two days ago. It is much quieter than the spring-based one I owned. I love that because I can do it without disturbing anyone else in the house. Yes!....I am addicted, too!!0
