elbow pain

So, last week, I did like 15 push-ups, on my knees. About an hour later, the outer side of my elbow started hurting when I gripped something or straightened my arm. InterWebs said it was tennis elbow, and I started putting ice on it and try to take it easy... so no more push-ups. Even when I go out walking, the swinging with steps makes it hurt
I guess my question, or what I'm looking for, is advice for stretches or anything that will help it heal. Even washing the dishes hurt!
Thanks for reading and any advice :drinker:

Try looking for trigger points in upper back and chest. It could be as simple as that. If not and it still hurts after a week or so, go so a physical therapist.0
