Hello

Im a member of bodybuilding.com, and although i track my calories it was suggested i come here so i can keep a better log of things.

I have lost 5lbs in 3 weeks through intermittent fasting,weights, and cardio.I was 11 stone 9, and aim to drop to 11, so only another 4 to go.

I would like then to increase my weights while being leaner, and gain some muscle...well thats the plan haha.

I like the community here, so hope to help out when i can.
