The Pounds Aren't Coming Off

I've been working out 5 days a week and eating super healthy, but the weight isn't coming off. I know that my body is changing shape since my clothes are fitting differently and my friends and family have made comments about me looking more toned. I'm also healthier and have recently run my first race.
Maybe I'm being a giant baby, but I want the numbers on the scales to start dropping too. I guess I just need some people to knock some sense into me and tell me that I'm doing fine and the scale won't always show progress.

How long has your weight been stalled for?

Are you weighing and logging everything you eat?

How are you measuring your burns? are you eating back a portion of your exercise calories?

For me the keys to success have been carefully weighing, measuring and logging everything I eat, and limiting hard to track restaurant foods. This is something I have seen others make big mistakes on in the past, guessing at the cals in their restaurant foods and severely underestimating the calories. I believe that overestimating workout calories can be an issue too.

Feel free to friend me here if you would like. I am extremely motivated and am happy to share ideas and support.
