I added a few new foods to my diary today ..been guessing a bit lately with weights n stuff but today decided to actually weigh them all over again and add to my diary .. quite surprised that my portions have been almost the same as what i weighed a few months ago :) but the new items i added i was surprised at the nutritional information of them ..in a good way..i found it fascinating to see the results and then google them to read up about them ..
Does anyone else do this when you've added new foods to your diary?

I don't add or eat them until I've gone here:

I usually fill my diary a day in advance and have fun planning and living in anticipation of eating the meals I've planned to fit my macros and micros. :D
That way I can pre-cook things, and take things out of the freezer and put them in the fridge ready to bbq up for dinner.
Makes things a little more interesting.
