Am I getting a doubled amount of calories burned?

I have a jawbone up 24 and Runkeeper synced up to MFP. I get a number of exercise calories based on my run and a number based on my bracelet. Basically I am wondering if I should just eat back the Jawbone calories because they include calories burned during my run and not eat back Runkeeper. I have Runkeeper synced up to Jawbone too but I am thinking that by having both synced to MFP I am getting double the credit. Does anybody know the answer? I hope I am making sense!

  • It depends, but I would say I am rarely truly hungry. I try to eat 3 reasonable meals and two snacks a day so I'm not usually hungry.
