I've been losing for a bit, but now I'm yo-yoing up and down between the same 2-3 lbs. I'm 5'4 and my profile pic shows my legs. I've been told I should maintain now (or gain), but I'm not sure how to go about this. I really don't get hungry, am scared of some foods (due to calories), am very picky (always have been), and in general I just really don't enjoy food or look forward to it. In all honesty, if I was left completely on my own I'd probably eat 1-2 small meals (under 300 cals each) a day most days and mix in some higher days and some fasts. But I know that's not gonna even maintain my weight.
Any suggestions/help?

The first thing you need to do is learn to change your relationship with food. Eating 1-2 300 calorie meals a day is not only going to make it impossible for you to maintain your weight, it will also cause your body harm in the long run because you need more than that just for your body and organs to function properly.
Find out what your BMR is and eat at least that every day. That's the minimum you should be eating, consistently. Then figure out what your TDEE is and eat according to that to maintain.0 -
Sometimes more exercise is the key to getting your appetite going again. Try bicycling. :drinker: I agree with the poster above me. Your relationship with food is the reason we are here!!0

what is your weight and body fat%
how many calories do you eat (and macro breakdown)
104.5 to 105.5 generally and I got 10.6% and 14.8% on the calculators I tried so I'm not sure0 -

Are you currently working with a team, doctor, or counselor?0 -

No. I don't think I need help with food. I just need some advice because I don't know how to eat more than I'm eating without feeling sick all the time. Also, I don't even know how to incorporate more food into my day. I already feel like I'm always eating.0 -

stop trying to lose weight.
what is your goal anyways, do you want to look leaner? might want to try and lift brah
up your calories every week by 200 and see what happens
I'm not trying to lose weight, per say. I wanna tone my stomach more and just generally be confident in how I look0 -
There are plenty of ways to get some good fats and calories into you. Grab a handful of nuts. Add some butter or olive oil to your cooking (yes, butter is good for you). Add a little cheese, use full fat products instead of "light" ones, buy fattier cuts of meat, bacon etc. Add mayo (also good for you).0

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I seem to be stuck in a family where everyone's losing weight so there aren't really any full fat products or whatever (they end up being eaten by others because they're so tasty when they are in the house). I'm scared of many foods because of calories, but I'll try adding more nuts in (start with the easiest food). About the meat...I'm a vegetarian, but do you have any suggestions on what to replace those options with (preferably with the same protein content roughly)0 -
yo-yoing up and down 2-3 lbs is maintaining your weight, since these are normal body weight fluctuations. It's unrealistic to expect to weigh exactly the same every day.0
