Protein, Veggies and Fat

Hello guys hope everyone is fine today i just want to know what happened if i followed a diet of protein, veggies and fat with no CARBS! actually i have muscle with 21% of bf im trying to cut.

i have problems with insulin, when i eat carbs my insulin goes up and i only burn glucogen and didnt lose much weight.

    Well, technically, vegetables are primarily carbs.

    However, it sounds to me like you are describing a ketogenic diet, with high fat, moderate protein and very low-carb. Lots of people follow this sort of diet just fine.

    actually my diet it not high in fat, moderate, i dont eat starch carbs... only veggies

    I wasn't saying this was your diet, and I have no idea what your macro split is. Typically though, if someone goes very low-carb, to the point of vegetable being their only carbs, they go ketogenic, which is high-fat, moderate protein. They even have an acronym for it: LCHF (low-carb, high-fat).

    The premise is, without carbs for energy, you feed it fat to run off, more or less. A proponent of it could explain it better than I.
