10K steps/day

Hey guys,

Quick Question: So I have given myself a goal for 1200 calorie intake a day with lightly active.

I do aim for the recommended 10K steps a day. BUT, when I add in my exercise on profile...do I put in all calories burned through out the day with the 10K steps OR only add in the calories burned from Exercise (i.e. IF any from that day)

your input ?
