Snacks for Weight Loss

Does snacking on healthy foods between meals (assuming you are within your recommended calories) promote more weight loss over not snacking and simply foregoing those calories? I ask because I usually don't eat snacks.

    Others may disagree, and it depends on the type of eater you are. I personally do better, no snacks. If I snack, it is an apple or banana. People who graze, may eat more than they realize. ..A few almonds, a piece of cheese, a piece of bread, it can add up quickly, add meals to that too...

    If you don't normally eat them, and you are not having any problems maintaining your calorie goal and your macros, there's no reason to add them in.
