NEED encouragement and inspiration pleaaaase !

Hi there,
I am a 21 year old female and am wanting to lose around 44kg / 100lbs.
I am over being overweight and it i really need to stick to it this time.
I have done many methods.
But with money tight the only thing I can do at the moment is count calories which is where MFP comes in .
Would accept any encouragement and weightloss buddy/inspirations I can get. 4 days logging is the longest have done in a while

Hi Tashaa,
You can do whatever you put your mind to do. Sometimes your body will tell you that you want to eat this or that...but you must be more powerful than your desires. Stay within your caloric intake and start moving. Start by walking a few minutes a day and each week add more minutes to your walk.0 -

You say you have tried many methods to lose weight...
I don't know what methods you have tried, but the fact that you are posting here and wanting to lose 100lbs seems to indicated those methods didn't work long term.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal
