NEED encouragement and inspiration pleaaaase !

Hi there,

I am a 21 year old female and am wanting to lose around 44kg / 100lbs.

I am over being overweight and it i really need to stick to it this time.

I have done many methods.

But with money tight the only thing I can do at the moment is count calories which is where MFP comes in .

Would accept any encouragement and weightloss buddy/inspirations I can get. 4 days logging is the longest have done in a while :)
