Good morning all,
I'm totally new, and like many of you, I desire lifestyle change. Any tips, ideas,pointers, do 's and dont's are welcomed. Please bare with me, I have not gotten use to the forum style yet. I was hoping I can post trough the app. I don't think it's possible, however, I am looking to make some friends, give as well as receive support on this journey.

The best tip is don't over complicate it. You don't need special foods or special diets. You don't need to eliminate foods. You just need to eat at a calorie deficit. Good luck and have a look at this thread
