Hi everyone! My name is Sariha. I am 22 years old. From a small town in California, United States. I am studying history and anthropology at my local college. So that I can get my Librarian science degree to become a librarian. I currently volunteer at my local Library and local Museum. I love to watch scary movies or really any movie or TV show (Doctor Who fan.), play video games really any video game and read books, I love books and can be seen with books all the time. I also love to write I would love to be a writer someday, I love to paint as well. I am not very good at painting but I love to paint.
I am trying to lose weight to gain confidence and to be healthy. I have had a weight problem most of my life. Because of this I have had very little confidence. When my parents divorced at age 14, which was a good thing as my father was emotionally and verbally abusive. I spent my teenage years sleeping and playing video games. I used to wish I hadn’t done that but no use in living yesterday. I have been that girl in the corner that sits and wants to be noticed. I have often felt alone. I don’t really tell my friends or family much of anything. I have become with my friends and family the person people vent to, but I don’t mind that, I enjoy listening to people. I am a good listener. However there isn’t anyone I vent to.
I love talking with people. I love making friends even though I only have two best friends. I am always open to make more friends. Add me if you would like. I am a great listener if you need to someone to vent to, and I enjoy motivating people. :happy:

    Hi Sariha

    I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I am 47 and I work full time. I've just started this program yesterday, it is so interesting to see what I have been eating. I now have to break some bad habits, namely chocolate. I own a large property so I do a lot of walking anyway, its working during the week sitting down that doesn't help. After all our bodies weren't designed to sit for 7 hours were they!
    I have spent the last few years travelling overseas and Australia, I'm now taking that break to finish my house. I have a 25 year old daughter who is my princess. I have invited her to join me in this.
