A small success

Options
This is probably the most insignificant piece of good news ever posted in a MFP forum but I'm really excited! I finally dropped below 250 pounds!!! I'm down a total of about 23 pounds in about two months. I feel fantastic. I don't feel like I can see a lot of physical changes yet so these little victories are keeping me going. Seeing that 249 pop up on the scale this morning was better than all the nacho cheese in all the land!

That is super wonderful! Soon you'll see the sizes go down to.

I remember the one year when I fit in normal sizes and not plus anymore. It was the best Christmas present I got.

All that is very exciting. Can't wait till I can see under that 250 mark.

This is not insignificant at all. This is not a "small success".
Along the way, you'll have all the 'classic' accomplishments (first 5lbs, first 10lbs, first 'real workout...) and you'll have all your own. The goals YOU have according to your story. They might seem small or irrelevant from the outside but they won't be to you.

Those are priceless. If being under 250lbs is one of those for you, don't diminish it. Be proud of yourself!
For example, I started this journey at 90.2kilos / 198lbs. I hated how high that number was.
So my first goal was to be under 90kilos. It took me a day. And it felt awesome. The beginning of everything.

Keep at it!! You're doing great.
