skinny fat

hi all i'm 22 years old male my current weight is 167 pounds and height 5.8ft i lost 50 pounds in 6 months the problem is my shoulders, chest and legs look really skinny but my waist is still fat i keep losing weight but not from my waist i don't workout since i'm currently recovering from an injury so strength training is not an option currently..... should i stop losing weight for now until i'm fully recovered then combine dieting with workouts?????

You should discuss this with the doctor treating the injury.0

If I were you I'd focus on nutrition right now and heal. As for exercise just do what you can. If you can't do strength training just do cardio for now with walking/running. After you recover from your injury you will need to work on strength/resistance training to build up muscle. Ask your doctor when you will be ok for strength training.0

I wouldn't lose any more weight(76kg), as has been said got though your injury recovery then start lifting.
I'm 80kg at 5'9" and was contemplating going down another 2 to 4kg, I'm in the same boat as it comes off the belly last.
Maybe post a picture up, quite a few people said I don't need to loose any more weight. Sometimes you can be over critical of your own appearance..0
