Never hungry anymore

I've been eating extremely well for just over two months now. Before I started dieting, I was always hungry and would actually feel nauseous if I didn't eat within a half hour of feeling hungry. I was also a big snacker.

Since I've started dieting and exercising (I do cardio 2-5 times a week and weights 1-3) (and my diet is just not making stupid choices, eating as many fruits and veggies and proteins as possible.) I am never really hungry anymore.

I've used the calculator people seem to recommend here (http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/), and have updated calibration after 1 month's and 2 month's loss, it says I'm supposed to eat about 1600 calories a day, I have my goal here set for 1300, but usually wind up around 1000 for the day.

I know this is not good for me, but I never want to eat anything anymore. I don't really feel hungry either. Nothing sounds appealing and it isn't something I think about much.

What's the best way to force myself to eat, if I should? Or what types of foods should I really focus on eating if I'm going to eat so little?
