Any Bow Flex users out there?

I recently got a Bow Flex Power Pro in the bulletin board. It is in great shape. I have the leg press belt attachment as well. I have watched the video that comes with that machine. Bow Flex system is new to me. Has anyone had good results using the Bow Flex? I do not have a routine yet. Looking to get started soon. Right now I am just trying it out and learning how to use it.
