I need help

How much carbs, fat, protein, and sugar should I be having a day? I'm 290ish pounds (maybe a little less or a little more) and am eating 1,500 - 2,000 calories a day but normally I stay around 1,500 calories. I already know that 2,300 should be my max for sodium intake and that drinking water counteracts sodium.

How much sodium am I getting rid of with 8 cups of water? I don't want to get rid of all of my sodium...
