Hey everyone! My name is Heidi and I will be 30 come july which is also my goal date. I have struggled for years with my weight and came from a family of eaters :) I am a mother of a 4 year old boy name Landon who is my joy. I love working out but want to find a new rotuine to keep me going. Its hard to do anything outside right now since we live in Maine lol. I look forward to meet and getting to know you all :)

    Weather is never an excuse. Get some of Leslie Sansonne's Walk Away the Pounds--as many miles as you think you can do. they are great! You will sweat! And Yoga is fun with the kids...you get to laughing so hard that it has to be an ab workout! Welcome to the journey, we are all here for support and it really works!

    Hi heidi my name is lisa. welcome to MFP. i also come from a family of eaters. my mom and grandma both hit the 200 lb mark. the highest i have been was 190 and i decided that aint happening...so my sis told me about this site. my biggest issue is in summer i found it hard to record my food and exercise and play with my 7 year old and work and take care of the house. but i am back and going to accomplish my goals this time. i have about 20 different work outs that i have purchased from walmart. They have a great selection and most are about $10. also you could check your local library or video store and see about renting some.
