Are trail mix a great snack to munch on when dieting

I am not referring to the packaged trail mix by planters. I am talking about the home made trail mix and if it is a healthy snack is there anyone here who eats it???? What are your ingredients???

Nuts and seeds are very calorie dense so you need to be very careful about your quantities as it is easy to burn half your days calories in just a few handfuls. It a great snack if it fits your calories but I wouldn't go munching on it all day.0

I don't eliminate anything. If it fits in my calories for the day, I eat it0 -
I tend to chew gum or drink water. I have now purchased the Quaker oat chewy bars, but I don't munch on them constantly. The only time I do is for a snack0
