New year, new me

I've been a member for a while but wasn't faithful in logging my food. I started my diet this week and next Wednesday is my first day of boot camp. I'm really serious this time about losing the weight. I want to drop about 70 pounds in 2011.

  • Good luck! You can do just stay focus. Small goals! I have 28 in 2011 I would like to lose, the key is keeping it off. I can lose it but I never seem to keep it off. 2011 will be our year!!!
  • Good luck I have 40 to lose in about uhhhh 5 months! Yikes! Hope I can reach my goal.... I know I will work my butt off to get as close as i possibly can!
  • Thanks for the encouraging words! I just set my mini-goals. Should I have more than just a few? I heard with this boot camp program, I can lose about 1-2 pounds a week as long as I faithfully follow the nutrition plan as well.
