Need some strict friends and motivation!

i went on a holiday for 2 months, and i stayed with my best friend, we would go on walks, eat healthy. without doing much, i lost about 6 kgs in 2 months! ... I got down to 68 kgs, my lowest in 4 years!!!! I was ssooo sooo happy!

It's been 2 months since i'm back and now weight is crawling back. I gained back 3 kgs!!!!!

The problem is apparently, i always need motivation in form of a friend to stick to workouts and healthy lifestyle!!! Which is a bad bad bad trait!!!

Anyway, i have been feeling very low lately, I Spent last one month swimming almost everyday, not to forget it burnt a hole in my pocket too, yet weight is only going up!!!

Please Anyone can help me out? Just be there? Be a Strict friend, share workouts with, may be stay in touch on Instagram about all the healthy updates!

I can be d same for you too!... Anybody?

  • Don't give up, the fact that you are here is indicative of your desire to be healthy. I tend to be on the other end of the spectrum, I don't want anyone around, specially when I work out. Is there any active clubs in your area? Maybe a facebook group, even a craiglist group that is looking for people to join? http://www.nerdfitness.com/iron-and-soul/ a great article that I can relate to in many ways always keeps me motivated.

    Have you tried weight training? Couple that with some form of meditation or yoga and you may find the inner peace and resolve you need to be your own best friend along this journey.
