been disciplined for the last 5 days... and today, I cant stop binging and think about food... SIGH!!!

Work out why you binge. If it's emotional, deal with whatever brings it on. If that means counselling, go get it. If it's boredom try a new hobby. At the end of the day it all boils down to a simple choice, do you put it in your mouth or don't you. Only one person can really help you here and that's you :flowerforyou:0

i am actually busy with my desk-bound job right now... yet, all i can think about is food... this is bad... :explode:

Water!!! I get the same way where my brain just gets hooked on one thing and won't stop. Today it was taco bell. I drank a big glass of water and had a hot dog and chips instead. Still not a super healthy choice but it was also 300 cals vs who knows what if I would have went to Taco Bell! Try to redirect your brain, if you can. I know it's hard though. Maybe put on a different music station than you normally listen to, something that just changes thinking even if its short term0

bingeing is usually either your bodys response to too large a deficit, or you're eating your feelings. both of which can be solved.0 -
