    Seeing new pictures of my nephews (we live on different continents)

    A well made bed with fresh high quality sheets

    When I go to the kitchen and discover that my avocado is at the perfect ripeness just in time for breakfast

    When my mother in law invites us over for dinner on couscous night and she makes me an entire separate super delicious wheat-free meal.

    Not having to go to work anymore and listen to the BS....................

    walking when I want to, going where I want to, no bosses, no schedules, and so on.

    watching the ducks, fish, snakes and so on at the lake walk around area, nature is peaceful.

    Sadly still wanting to pig out in my bed alone watching TV. I love that. Maybe I still will do that just not as often. I just love ordering take out and eating in my bed.

    My wife
    My son to-be (March 9, baby!)
    The rest of my family (mostly ;-))
    Good food
    Good drink
    Meditative runs

    Things that only happen sometimes:

    The ability to stay awake past 10 p.m.
    Confidence (which I wish I felt an awful lot more)
    New Simpsons episodes that don't suck
    Finding the desire to lift weights after a long day at work

    1) Being a good role model for my children and being complimented such. Gives the BEST feels.

    2) Experimenting in the kitchen. I write recipes. I adore edible ingredients in the same manner that my children adore Play-Doh and Crayons with paper. We're creating something.

    3) Feeling useful makes me happy. Helping others. Volunteering. Donating blood and bone marrow.

    4) Equestrian Gymkhana

    5) Being able to take a nap after an afternoon of "afternoon delight" with the hubs :wink: :laugh:

    6) My husband making me the perfect cup of coffee every morning and bringing it to me in bed.

    7) Watching ConAir

    8) Seeing the light in my children's eyes whenever they get to do something that excites them.

    9) Spending a few uninterrupted hours at the Main Downtown Library.

    10) Shopping the clearance racks at H&M
