all ive done different this week is drink less water and ive gained 3lbs this week
would this be down to the water.
im a dog walker so spend at least 3-4 hours a day on my feet walking

If you don't drink enough water, your body tends to retain it. For a female, you also have TOM water retention that can be happening. Don't worry, unless you've eaten an extra 10500 calories you did not gain 3 pounds.0

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Within a couple of days, the water retention will subside.0
