Good morning, Let's focus this week!. What is your goal? Think about your life. Goals are very simple to define. I heard someone say.. "Either you're going somewhere or you're not!!" Self help Guru Zig Ziglar says.. "A man or a woman without a goal is like a ship without a rudder. Each will drift and not drive. Each will end up on the beaches of despair, defeat, and despondency." Go for your goals!

    My goals this week:

    1. Make exercise my personal number one priority (besides my kids, do I even have to say that?:laugh: )
    2. Focus on my business
    3. Get paid for all my work
    4. loose 2 lbs
    5. Always be my personal best!

    1. DON'T GIVE INTO THE WEEKEND AND OVEREAT
    2. STAY UNDER MY CALORIES EVERYDAY
    3. EXERSIZE EVERY DAY
    4. THINK POSITIVLY
    5. HIDE THE SCALE:wink:

    1. Run 4 miles on Thursday morning, 9 minute pace.
    2. Dance the night away without hurting myself on Thursday night!
    3. Take it easy on Friday ...
    4. Finish my 10-mile race in less than 96 minutes!
    5. Don't worry about my weight until after the race is over.

    1. get my blood sugar back under 120:grumble:
    2. keep my carbs under control:grumble:
    3. convince my children that cleaning is not a dirty word (it is more than 4 letters!):angry:
    4. finish my online classes:tongue:

    1) Run 5 days this week minimum 4 miles per day....Day 2 done - check!
    2) Focus on target HR - Day 2 done - check!
    3) Cook one unique meal/recipe for family - Made HG Taco Turkey Meatloaf - two ate it one didn't - not bad percentage!!

    1) Eat my foods on time everyday
    2) Exercise enough to get my steps in
    3) Log my foods and exercises everyday

    Great goals everyone!

    My goals are the same as last weeks:

    run atleast 2-3 miles day (my baby is sick so it's hard to hop on the treadmill and it's too cold out)
    kick *kitten* in Turbo Jam or Tae Bo
    get my sweet tooth under control

    not to over do it on the long weekend

    I want my girl to run closer to my goal
