Hey a friend suggested this site a week ago and love it so far. Android app is really nice compared to the other one I was using.
I'm currently 270 lbs and my high was 335 back about a year ago. My plan is to lose down to 195.
Favorite exercise is cycling but running gives me the most bang for the buck. Been running alot over the past year. 2 half marathons down and a couple triathlons. Triathlons are my passion but i'm still to big to be very fast. Just keep competing against myself though and one day i'll be faster. :)

Pretty much use a vegetarian diet with some occasional relapses with fish and chicken.
