Wii Fit technical advice please

I would like to choose the optimum cardio workout for my Wii Fit. Can someone advise. I workout about a half hour at a time. Thanks!

Are you asking which Wii Fit program gives you the most optimum cardio workout? I really like to Island Cycling or Island Free Run.

i like the free run too since i can do it while i watch tv.
