I recently saw a Special K commercial that asked "What will you gain when you lose the weight?" I was curious about what others wanted to gain by losing?

I'd like to gain energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and I'd really like to have more clothes that fit!

    i like this topic!! i saw the commercial as well and thought --- that is a good question?! thanks for posting it!

    i will gain self assurance, esteem, a swim suit body (lol), healthy body, fertility (hopefully), probably more--- i cant think of right now!
