    for me: pretty dang hard! I have to do the modified push ups...and I am terrible at doing that :grumble: ...I will eventually get better, I'm sure...

    But after a while, if you do them regularly,
    you'll feel so strong :-)

    What did you do? Did you do 10. The floor is too cold here to do it. Make sure I try when I get home.

    I work in a nuclear plant and I don't think they like us being on the floor. Don't worry my bf will make me do them after work.
