Hi All
I'm trying to lose the 2.5 stone I've gained in a year. I lost a ton of weight a couple of years back and felt the best I have ever felt in my life, but then for some reason I went on self descruct mode and within a year i've gained 2.5stone.. I know it was due to the wine every night, endless take aways and pub lunches soI have no one to blame buy myself. I have joined the gym and also started the juicing diet to try and kick start my weight loss.
Has anyone got any tips for this juicing. I am on day 4 of the 5 day detox. Apparently it shoudl make your skin/hair nicer, but i'm not seeing anything at the moment.
Any tips woud be greatful.

Juicing and detox does nothing for you.
Just eat at a moderate calorie deficit and the weight will come off.
you gained 2.5 stone in a year. You shouldn't try to lose it any faster.0 -
What are you detoxing from that your kidneys liver and bowel doesn't normally get rid of? Just eat nomally
Just some useful links for you

Eating a well-balanced diet will improve your skin & hair.
Your body detoxes itself when you drink enough water. It's designed to work that way.
I suggest that you stop beating yourself up over what you did in the past and eat sensibly and at a reasonable calorie deficit.
Also, while I'm at it, I suggest that you not get upset when a bunch of other people say something similar. You really can lose weight and get healthy without detoxes and special diets!
Good luck!0 -
