Hi all,
Just bought a Weider Ultimate Bodyworks machine and was wondering if anyone knew where to find some exercise plans to go along with it.
I had one of these, years ago, and it helped me get into really good shape, but I was looking for something a bit more structured, this go round.
Anyone else have one and, if so, how do you like it?
