Heading to Chicago for the weekend.

It is a mandatory trip, or I would not go this early into beginning this program. I'll be gone 48 hours (but who's counting). My hotel has a gym, so I will be running. My room does not have a fridge.

I need advice on how to make this a successful trip without gaining 1 ounce. I have worked so hard this week, I can not imagine erasing any of my accomplishments.
