short term goal vs long term goal

Hi All!!

Just want to share my short term and long term goals.. and would appreciate any advice and/or suggestions

end of Sept - (12 days) exercise for all 12 days
End of Oct - weigh 3kgs less of current weight (still at 100 kgs for 8 weeks) =97
End of Nov - weigh 5kgs less of current weight = 95
End of Dec - weigh 8 kgs less of current weight = 92
End of Jan - weigh 11 kgs less of current weight = 89
End of Feb - weigh 15 kgs less of current weight = 85

Hopefully I will be able to do it :)

Started with 4kms walk(morning) today, and Leslie Sansone's 4 mile walk (evening), Plus 10-20 mins Standing Abs from Fitness Blenders.
