Quest bar microwave question

I LOVE me some Quest bars and microwaving them is a must!! However, the little suckers stick like glue to whatever I try to use to microwave them on. Paper towels are a no way!! :noway: China or paper plates do better but they still stick and I end up losing precious bites of goodness!!!
What have you found that works best?

Can you microwave parchment paper? That would work if it is microwave safe (but I am not sure if it is, so you would have to research that)0

Sure you can. It holds up to 45 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees, it's just paper really.0

Happens to me too - thought about trying to spray the plate with nonstick cooking spray but keep forgetting to try it0

Duh. I didn't even think. My brain has been fried. Lol!0 -
Parchment paper is a great idea!! Hubby suggested I spray my plate with non-stick spray but I like the idea of the parchment much better. Will give it a try!! Thanks! :bigsmile:0
