Any ideas for other ways to keep yourself accountable and motivated?

I joined a workout group. It was something I never ever though I would or could do. It holds me accountable and makes me want to get healthy.0

I am trying to do things on a daily basis, not long term. So I stay motivated day by day. I look at my calories in, calories out, and my nutrition. So every day I look towards achieving those goals in different ways. It gives me little victories every day, and if I miss one, it gives me a mission for the next day to achieve. It has kept me motivated for the last month and hopefully it continues to do so.0
