I walk 6 days a week...anywhere from 30-45 minutes a day. 2-3 times a week I also do a workout dvd in my room and some weight training.
Would you consider that as sedentary or lightly active? Opinions seem to vary on this.

I'd put my level as sedentary, then log your exercise calories. If you're going to log your workouts as zero calories, I'd do lightly active.0
